Returns & Exchanges

Due to the intimate nature of our products, CB-X Chastity Mens Cock Cages accepts returns only on items that are unopened and still in their original heat-sealed sanitary packaging within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, any product that has been removed from its security seal or worn cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is completely unused, unopened, and still inside its original tamper-evident vacuum seal to qualify for a return.

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the discrete return shipping address.

• 3.
  Package Discretely

  Place the unopened product in a plain, unmarked shipping box to maintain your privacy and include your RMA form inside the package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the sanitary seal, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
